A Session on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)

A POSH Awareness Session was organized on 8th November from 2:00 PM onwards under the aegis of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). The session was led by Ms. Roopali Grover, a distinguished Practicing Company Secretary and Corporate Lawyer with over 18 years of experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and POSH advisory. Ms. Grover provided valuable insights into the POSH Act, 2013, through real-life case examples, interactive discussions, and practical guidance on complaint procedures and ICC responsibilities. The session enhanced participants’ understanding of workplace safety, legal compliance, and respectful conduct. The event concluded with a closing address by Dr. Poornima Chaudhary, emphasizing the institution’s commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive work environment. The session was successfully hosted by Ms. Ritu Saxena, Convener, ICC.
