Investiture Ceremony of Club Cabinets

The Investiture Ceremony at IPEM Group of Institutions was a well-coordinated and vibrant event that commenced with the introduction of various student clubs. The Investiture Ceremony began with an inspiring address by Dr. Sugandha Goel, Executive Director, IPEM, who motivated the audience with her insightful words on responsibility and teamwork. This was followed by a warm welcome address by Dr. Geeti Sharma, Director, IPEM, who emphasized the essence of leadership and dedication. Dr. Shashank Chaudhary, Dean Academics, also addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of discipline, collaboration, and student engagement in institutional growth. A total of 116 office bearers from 14 clubs across different departments were formally conferred with badges and appointment letters for the session 2025–26. Additionally, recognition was extended to five outstanding clubs from the previous session (2024–25), with Samvad – The Communication Clubawarded as the Best Club, and SPIC MACAY Cultural and Heritage Clubas the Second Best Club. Special appreciation was also given to the HR Club, Code Crafters Club, and Moot Court Society for their exemplary performance. The selection of the Club Cabinets was carried out through a transparent process involving Google Form nominations and interviews. The event concluded with anoath-taking ceremony and vote of thanks by the event conveners, followed by a group photograph with dignitaries, faculty coordinators, and newly appointed office bearers.
