New Labour Code 2023- Workshop

The workshop aimed at fostering the analysis of a newly enacted law; participants learnt the essentials of a comparative analysis between the previous labour laws and the currently formulated Labour Codes and were also able to identify the fundamental changes and their implications. The workshop is designed for faculty, students and others who aspire to inculcate the practice of legislative analysis in the classroom; the principles of achieving the broad idea of legislative analysis and a comparative insight based upon that will be explored during the session.

Workshop On “Labour Laws in India To acquaint and sensitize students and society with the updated provision of labour laws. The students should be able to understand the changes put forth by the New Labour Codes and differentiate them from the previously existing labour law regime.
