Pre Packed Insolvency – Guest Lecture on Contemporary Topic

IPEM Law Academy organized a guest lecture session on the Contemporary corporate topic – Pre Packed Insolvency on 19th May, 2022. The resource person was the gold medalist of the 2019-2020 Corporate Law Batch (National Law University, Jodhpur). The resource person delivered a lecture on this concept of banking law and Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act law in India. The students were made aware of the different aspects of bankruptcy laws (IBBI) and RBI in banking law.
