Session on Introduction to Mooting – Capacity Building Activitiy

The session began with an introductory presentation covering the fundamentals of mooting, including the purpose, structure, and procedures involved in a moot court exercise. A short demonstration of a moot court proceeding was presented by senior students to  illustrate courtroom etiquette, structure of oral arguments, and role of judges.

The object of the event is to foster legal skills among students including cutting-edge research, writing and advocacy to develop persuasive public speaking abilities.
