WORKSHOP ON IPR

IPEM Law Academy organized the workshop on 7th December, 2018. The workshop was headed by Principal IPEM Law Academy. The esteemed Alumni Mr. Manab Acharya addressed the audience with their enlightened views. The main objective of this workshop was to make participants familiar with the Intellectual Property Rights, Copyright, Trademark and Patent Filing process. It has gained a special importance for all the domains of socio-economic development. This workshop covered various topics like what is Intellectual property, Introduction to Patent, Contents and process of Patent filing, Copyright, Trademark, and E-filing/physical filing. The sessions were conducted to cover the technical aspects with well known examples. Further, the role of IP in “Make in India” was specially highlighted by the resource persons in the sessions. This workshop helped the participants to get insight into the intellectual property rights, detail process of Copyright, Trademark and Patent filing.
