WORKSHOP ON IPR
About the Event
IPEM Law Academy organized the workshop on 22nd September 2016. The workshop was headed by Principal IPEM Law Academy. The esteemed Alumni of IPEM Law Academy Mr. Deepak Nathani addressed the audience with their enlightened views. The legal basis of IPR and then various forms were discussed. The ethos and process vs. product patents, trade secrete protection, designs, copyrights etc., and the basis of the expectance of various IPR. Problems were discussed the types of patents software patent, business method patent, design pattern were elaborated. The wealth of patents in developed countries like USA, Japan and Europe are projected and compared with Indian status indicating poorness with the wealth of IP in India, a focus of the important of commercialization of patents was projected.
