The IPEM Law Academy under the aegis of Laksh Educational Society is accredited with NAAC grade and affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and approvedby the Bar Council of India. IPEM Law Academy offers LL.M (2 years), LL.B (3 years), B.A.LL.B (5 years) and B.Com. LL.B (5 years) courses. IPEM Law Academyhas a spacious self-contained campusspread across five acres of land. The infrastructure and layout of the Academy are planned in such a congenial manner that it is a learner’s paradise. Paper Submission

Authors are requested to submit articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the sub themes mentioned.

Guidelines for submission of Abstract & Papers:

Submission Guidelines:

  • The title of the Manuscript must be clear, concise, and aligned with the seminar theme.
  • The working language of the Seminar and the Presentations shall be English & Hindi.
  • The extended abstract should contain 1000 to 1200 words and must include 4 to 5 relevant keywords.
  • The extended abstract must be in Times New Roman font with 12-point size (English) and in Nirmala UI font with 10-point size (Hindi), with 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment, and 1-inch margin on all sides.
  • The extended abstract must be original, not submitted elsewhere for publication, and free from any form of plagiarism.
  • There should be no use of any AI model for content creation.
  • The first page of the abstract must clearly mention the following: Title of the Manuscript, Name of the Author(s), Designation, Name of the Institute/University/Organization, Email Address, and Contact Number.
  • No TA/DA and accommodation will be provided.
  • Certificates will be provided to all registered participants.
  • Both online and offline participants are welcome to contribute.

Abstract: Abstract should be up to 250-300 words including Key Words and contain the following details.

  • The maximum word limit must not exceed three hundred (300) words and the same shall be inclusive of relevant keywords.
  • The Author(s) shall specify the Title of the Paper, Name(s) & Designation of the Author(s), E-Mail Address(es) and Contact Number(s).
  • The Author(s) should clearly and precisely indicate the Sub-Theme on which the Abstract is based.

Full Paper:

  • The title of the Manuscript must be clear, concise and in alignment with the Conference theme.
  • The working language of the Conference and the Presentations shall be English.
  • The maximum word limit of the Manuscript must not exceed Four Thousand to Ten Thousand (3500 – 5,000) words (exclusive of the abstract and footnotes).
  • The first page of the abstract must clearly mention following- Title of the Manuscript, Name of the Author(s), Designation, Name of the Institute/University Affiliation /Organization, Email Address and Contact Number.
  • The abstract must be in Times New Roman font with 12-point size with 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment and 1 -inch margin all round.
  • The Paper should be in Microsoft Word .doc/.docx formats in Times New Roman Font with the font size of 12 along with 1.5 line spacing. The font size for the footnotes shall be 10 with single line spacing, justified alignment and 1 -inch margin on each side, No Page Borders.
  • The research paper should start with the topic of the study and include the following: • Objectives of the Study • Literature Review • Problem and Hypothesis • Research Methodology • Problem and Hypothesis • Test the Hypothesis and Conclusions and Recommendations.
  • The submission should be the original work of the Author(s), and should not have been submitted for publication/ published elsewhere in any form and must be free from any form of plagiarism.
  • There should be no use of any AI model for content.
  • Reference should be in APA Style.
  • Co-authorship is allowed up to 1(one) author excluding the main author.
  • No TA/DA and Accommodation will be provided.
  • Certificates will be provided to all registered participants.
  • Both Online & Offline Participants are welcome to contribute.

All Abstract and Full Papers are required to be submitted electronically through e-mail attachment in MS Word format to email at: nationallawseminar@ipemgzb.ac.in, i.e. Abstracts by 5th March, 2026 & Full Papers by 10th March, 2026 as per the format given. You are requested to kindly circulate this information about this Seminar and motivate your Academicians/Legal Officers/Students and all concerned to submit their Abstracts and Full Papers as well as Participate in the in National Law Seminar on 11th April, 2026 (Saturday).

All accepted and presented papers of the Conference by duly registered author(s), will be published in the IPEM LAW ACADEMY JOURNAL (ISBN:978-81-959202-0-4). The high-quality research papers may be considered for SCOPUS & UGC Care journal.
