IPEM Law Academy Ghaziabad is organizing an 4th International E-Conference on Emerging Issues in legal aspects-2023 (ICEILA-2023) Implementation of Human Rights, International Perspectives: Issues and Solutions on 28th October, 2023 (Saturday), In Association with Indian Research Scholars Association (IRSA).
While the development of norms of human rights has been a challenge, its significance has always occupied a pivotal position in policy considerations at the national and international level. Implementation of Human Rights basically refers to actual compliancewith human rights standards by individual states as well as all initiatives taken by those states themselves, other states and international organs or other bodies to enhance respect for human rights and prevent violations.

IPEM Law Academy Ghaziabad is organizing an 4th International E-Conference on Emerging Issues in legal aspects-2023 (ICEILA-2023) Implementation of Human Rights, International Perspectives: Issues and Solutions on 28th October, 2023 (Saturday), In Association with Indian Research Scholars Association (IRSA).
The objective of the International E-Conference is to provide a platform for discussion about the latest issues in the field of human rights and highlighting the possible solutions to the problems. This e-conference will serve as a platform for participants to come forward to reflect upon and address various issues being faced. Apart from plenary sessions, this conference will also ponder over our response towards such challenges and to be aware of what approaches are adopted in different countries.

Paper Submission
Authors are requested to submit articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the sub themes mentioned.
Guidelines for submission of Abstract & Papers:
Submission Guidelines:
- The working language of the Conference and the presentations shall be done in English only.
- Co-authorship is permitted.
- The author(s) are required to send abstract of their paper, upon selection of which they will be required to send their paper.
- The Abstract must contain the highlights of the full paper and should not exceed 300 words. The softcopy of the abstract shall be submitted along with a cover page.
- Author(s) Name(s), University/Organization, Paper Title, Email Address and Mobile Number, to be stated clearly in the cover page of the Paper.
- No part of the paper should have been published earlier nor should it be under consideration for publication. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
- Author (s) will be required to fill the registration form after the selection of their abstract. In case of co-authorship at least one author must attend to present the paper.
- An author may submit only one Article.
Abstract: Abstract should be up to 300 words including Key Words and contain the following details.

Full Paper:
- The Full Paper should be between 3000 to 5000 words (including Footnotes).
- The text English in Times New Roman with Font Size 12 and Line Spacing 1.5
- The main Hindi Text should be in Krutidev 010 with Font Size 16.
- All references must be in the form of foot notes in Times New Roman with Font Size 10.
- Only two Authors are allowed for Co-Authorship is allowed.
- Registration will be separate for each co-author.
- Entries must be Original and unpublished in any form.
- Any sort of Plagiarism will disqualify the entries.
- APA format to be followed for citation

All Abstract and Full Papers are required to be submitted electronically through e-mail attachment in MS Word format to email at: internationallawseminar@ipemgzb.ac.in , i.e. Abstracts by 14th September, 2023 & Full Papers by 25th September, 2023 as per the format given. You are requested to kindly circulate this information about this E-Conference and motivate your Academicians/Legal Officers/Students and all concerned to submit their Abstracts and Full Papers as well as Participate in the in International E-Conference on 28th October, 2023 (Saturday).
All accepted and presented papers of the E-Conference by duly registered author(s), will be published in the IPEM LAW ACADEMY JOURNAL (ISBN:978-81-959202-0-4). The high-quality research papers may be considered for SCOPUS & UGC Care journal.
