Workshop on ADR

IPEM Law Academy organized two days ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) workshop (25-26 June 2022) for Law students. About 55 students participated in the workshop and students responded actively during the whole session.

It was conducted by forming two batches in two sessions each day. The lecture was delivered by

1. Dr. T.R Navel (Former District and Session Judge, Delhi and Chairperson of Permanent Lok Adalat)
2. Dr. K.S Chauhan Senior Advocate (Supreme Court of India)

3.SriRakesh Kumar Former ADJ and Dr. K.S Bhati  (Advocate Supreme Court)

On 25th & 26th June 2022 respectively on various aspects of Alternate Dispute Resolution: which is an important tool to settle the dispute outside the court. The workshop was organized under the guidance of Principal Dr.MinaxiTomar and Convened and Co-convened by Dr. Rajesh Kumar Dev and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Gautam.

The workshop was inaugurated with the warm Welcome speech by Principal Ma’am  IPEM Law Academy,  and subsequently, it concluded on 26th June by Giving momentos and a vote of thanks speech by Dr. R K Dev where Dr. Rajesh K. Dev asked students to share their thoughts on this workshop and students enthusiastically came forward and shared their genuine positive thoughts
