Legal Case Analysis Workshop -III

Purpose and Objective:

The workshop was enlightening and enriching in terms of legal knowledge for student. So, for this time students were allowed to present the case. It provides guidance and insights on how the law may be applied in similar situations, allowing them to build stronger argumentative skill and make them more professional. Legal case analysis workshop-III also helps student to identify gaps or ambiguities in the law that must be addressed within legislative or regulatory frameworks. Analysing skill, they may be that, how the law has been applied in past cases, legal experts can identify areas where the law may be unclear or incomplete and work to develop more robust legal frameworks for further research.
