Objective
This program aims to provide law students with practical insights into the core principles, processes, and procedures that define arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution method & to discuss recent developments, such as technology’s impact on arbitration, evolving international arbitration practices, and emerging legal and ethical challenges.
Description
ADR Guest Lecture session on “The Future of Dispute Resolution: Is ADR the New Form” Organized by ADR Club was a great success! The Guest Speaker for the event was Advocate Satyam Singh Rajput, Advocate in Supreme Court of India. Students gained insights into Real-life arbitration cases & learned how to build their career in dispute resolution. The session was followed by Question & Answer round, students were highly interactive.The event was very well attended by the students of BA.LLB., BCOM.LLB., LLB.
