IPEM Law Academy conducted a moot court program on 28 July 2018. which was based on a dispute relating to restitution of conjugal rights under Sec-9 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955. Ten teams of students comprising of three each participated in this competition program presenting both petitioner and respondent. Mr. Amit Sharma the alumni (Batch-2006-09) and practicing advocate in the Ghaziabad district court very kindly agreed to preside and judge the performance of the students.

The competition was divided into three rounds. At the end of moot court competition team comprising of Dharampal singh, Garima soni and Prathibha yadav (LLB 3rd Sem.) was declared as winner and team comprising of Samra, Archana and Renu (BALLB 7th Sem) was declared as 1st runner up.
