Workshop Report on Labour Laws in India – New Labour Code 2023
Objective
To make acquaint and sensitize students and society with the updated provision of labour laws.
Description
This workshop was a grand success and received a huge response from the participants. Students gained knowledge about the development and the judicial set-up of labour laws. The participants were enlightened with the basic of the laws, careers, an overview of new labour codes, and the role played by the government authorities. They learnt about the salient features of welfare and wage legislation and integrate the knowledge of labour law into general practice.
